Her credentials include:

• A First Class Honours Degree in Psychology
• A professional qualification as a clinical psychologist with specific training in interviewing and selection process
  
• Professional management qualifications (with distinction) from the NHS Management Training Scheme
  
• Established the West London Cancer Network, nationally acknowledged for its success
• Careers advisor to the Institute of Healthcare Managers
• Member of the REC
