Blenkin Associates Recruitment Consultancy
Established in 2003, we can meet the needs of both Health Service Organisations searching for talent, as well as those of healthcare professionals looking to develop their careers. We are a small, specialist recruitment company staffed by professionals with experience of working in the NHS themselves. As such we are uniquely well placed to understand our candidates' career aspirations and advise them on the wide range of both interim and permanent roles available. Our People.
Our company has grown organically and most of our business comes from recommendations and referrals from both clients and candidates alike. In addition we are aligned to a Crown Commercial Service Framework which is also a major source of new roles.
Transforming the NHS through pushing more decision making powers to the frontline and modernising services inevitably brings the need for a flexible workforce. Over the past few years, interim management has increasingly been utilised by healthcare organisations to support the delivery of high quality clinical services. This rapid growth reflects the flexibility and cost effectiveness that an interim manager brings along with a specific skill set and vast experience. Our highly successful Interim Practice has mirrored the growth in the market and we have become the interim provider of choice for many Trusts and Interim consultants.
"Every member of staff in the NHS is...entitled to work for an organisation which can demonstrate its commitment to more flexible working conditions" Improving Working Lives

In 2010, in response to the White Paper, we launched our specialist management consultancy arm. Drawing on the vast and varied experiences our Consultants have had in the NHS, our aim is to help guide healthcare organisations through any changes they need to make to operate more efficiently in today's competitive landscape. In particular, a key focus is supporting CCGs and CSUs in developing their new roles.
